Citizens’ Service Bureau (CSB): If you have an issue you would like to have the city address, you can either call the CSB at 622-4800 or submit a work order online here. If you submit a work order online and enter your email address, you will be notified electronically of the work order completion status.
Neighborhood Stablization Officer (NSO): The advocate between city services and citizens. The NSO for the 25th Ward is Dianne Rains and she can be reached to help with issues in our ward. You can call her at 613-7143 or email her at rainsd@stlouiscity.com. NSO’s are expected to respond within 24 hours.

Fall Leaf Curb Pick-Up: you can call the Refuse Division at 353-8877 to request curbside fall leaves pick-up begining November 19, 2008. Leaves must be in a brown bag or plastic bag. Pick-up usually occurs on Wednesdays, so call either Monday or Tuesday no earlier than 8am.
